Seaford Tigers Cricket Club
Seaford Tigers Cricket Club (STCC) is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Senior Coach to lead our cricket program for the 2025/26 season and beyond. We are looking for a highly knowledgeable individual with a proven track record in cricket, who can bring their expertise to enhance and develop our senior teams while nurturing the club’s junior program.
STCC is a thriving community based club with a proud history and a bright future. We currently field three senior teams: the 1stXI and 2ndXI in the MPCA Peninsula Division, and the 3rdXI in the C2 one day competition. Alongside our senior sides, we also have a senior women’s cricket team and a mixed all-abilities team, showcasing our commitment to inclusivity, diversity and our ‘one club’ policy.
Our junior program has some of the strongest numbers in the MPCA, with nine teams across various age groups, including U16’s, U14’s, U12’s, U10’s, Junior Girls, and the Woolworths Blast program. Our juniors also consist of many talented players providing an ideal foundation for future success.
As the Senior Coach, you will have the opportunity to shape and elevate the club’s senior cricket program while working closely with our dedicated assistant coaches, junior development coordinators, players, and committee. You will be integral to fostering a positive, competitive environment that helps both senior and junior players develop and reach their full potential.

Baden Powell Cricket Club
Baden Powell Cricket Club is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and skilled Senior Captain Coach to lead our teams in the 2025-26 season and beyond. You would be joining a Premier Destination club on the Mornington Peninsula based in Frankston South with a strong supportive committee and a socially active & inclusive club for all the family.
With 6 Senior and 6 Junior sides and a Woolworths Cricket Blast program, the role requires a strong leadership presence both on and off the field. A key focus of this role will be on player development, tactical planning, and fostering a positive club culture.
The club’s Captain Coach will work closely with the club’s executive, general committee and senior playing group to ensure the club’s success while encouraging whole of club player participation, growth and enjoyment of the game.
